Smart Forms × Vision CRM
I led the Smart Forms experience at Jimdo, using AI to remove the guesswork from lead generation and CRM. A yoga teacher types one sentence and gets a fully generated form — right questions, field types, and logic — no templates, no configuration. The lead lands in the CRM already scored, the co-pilot tells her who to follow up with, and she made maybe three decisions the entire way through.

About Me

I design systems that reduce cognitive load, not just screens

I grew up in Mumbai, designed across Hong Kong, and landed in Hamburg — and somewhere along the way I became obsessed with one thing: making complex technology feel like it was built for a real human. I'm a Senior Product Designer with 7+ years of experience who asks a lot of questions, sits with problems longer than is comfortable, and doesn't consider something finished until it feels effortless to use.

Lately that means designing for AI — building trust between users and systems they've never met, and making that feel calm instead of uncertain. I'm at my best in teams that care about craft and outcomes in equal measure.
