About Me

I design systems that reduce cognitive load, not just screens

I'm Lajavi, a Senior Product Designer with 7 years of practice across enterprise consulting and high-growth product. I specialise in AI-native UX: designing for non-deterministic systems, multi-step agentic flows, and the kind of human-AI trust that doesn't happen by accident.

At Jimdo I led design on zero-to-one AI features, from discovery through to shipping, owning the full design loop: research, systems thinking, interaction design, and cross-functional alignment. I hold myself accountable to outcomes, not just outputs.
