Smart Forms × Lead Management
80% of Jimdo's paying users run service businesses, with websites but no real way to capture or act on enquiries. I led the design of Smart Forms and Lead Management: an AI that generates the right form from one sentence, and a co-pilot that scores every lead and tells the owner what to do next. The users who adopted it most were the ones most at risk of churning, which told us we'd found something real.

About Me

I design systems that reduce cognitive load, not just screens

I have a habit of falling down rabbit holes.

Sometimes it's because I'm trying to understand why one product feels effortless while another makes me want to close the tab. Sometimes it's because I decided rebuilding my portfolio with AI sounded more fun than updating it.

That curiosity has shaped the last 8 years of my career. I've designed products across SaaS, fintech, e-commerce and AI, but what keeps me interested has never really changed. Finding the simplest way to solve a genuinely complicated problem.

These days you'll usually find me somewhere between Figma, Claude, and a notebook full of ideas that started with, "I wonder if there's a better way to do this."
